Overview
HOTEL PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Hotel + Ticket packages (Hotel Packages) are provided by our travel partner, Sound Travel Group Pty Ltd (Sound Travel).
- All Hotel Packages are subject to Sound Travel’s Terms and Conditions and by purchasing a Hotel Package you agree to comply with the Sound Travel Terms and Conditions.
- Each Hotel Package includes one (1) x double/twin share hotel room and two (2) tickets to Ridin’ Hearts Festival.
- Sound Travel will contact you within seven (7) days of booking your Hotel Package, inviting you to create a Sound Travel account where you can view your booking, request room configurations and add extra nights.
- Sound Travel will contact you via email and phone using the details provided when booking your Hotel Package with AXS. Sound Travel are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by you at the time of purchase.
- All Hotel Package and extra night bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Ridin’ Hearts Festival is strictly 18+ only, so minors will be unable to attend the festival. Additionally, minors will not be permitted to stay at our partner hotels without an adult present at all times.
- Sound Travel recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is not provided as a part of your Hotel Package and must be organised by you, ensuring the policy covers your personal requirements.
- AXS and Frontier Touring are unable to help with the status of hotel arrangements, so please contact Sound Travel at help@sound.travel with any queries relating to your package.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or modify any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
