JOLENE'S Diamond Club Ticket Package Delivery
All Diamond Club Ticket components (merchandise, souvenir laminate & lanyard) of Jolene's Diamond Club Tickets purchased prior to 14 October 2024 will be sent via Australia Post to ticket purchaser's nominated Australian postal address. You are responsible for ensuring we have a current and secure postal address. All Diamond Club Ticket components for Diamond Club Tickets purchased after 14 October 2024 will be available for collection at the Festival Venue on the day of the Festival and instructions will be emailed regarding collection. Uncollected Jolene’s Diamond Club Ticket components as at the end of the Festival will be deemed forfeited.
SOUVENIR LAMINATES
The Diamond Club souvenir laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Festival Venue or any backstage areas. Your Jolenes’s Diamond laminate must be worn in conjunction with a Diamond Club wristband in order to gain access to the Diamond Club, and you must be in possession of a valid AXS Festival ticket.
